出口沙特 “SALEEM”執行要求2018年4月1日更新發布
沙特阿拉伯政府近期對沙特產品安全計劃項目 “SALEEM”發布了最新的執行要求。
依據相關要求，自2018年4月1日起，涵蓋在沙特SALEEM Technical Regulation清單中的產品需按照新的程序要求來申請相關的清關證書。屆時，NormalTCI諾莫檢測（電話：）對這部分產品以沙特產品安全計劃項目 “SALEEM”替代現有的沙特產品符合性評定項目，并將引入SABER 在線系統平臺作為客戶申請電子證書electronic Certificate of Conformity (e-CoC)的受理窗口。
在新的管理制度下，相關Technical regulation 清單中的產品需符合SASO指定的技術法規要求，清單中的產品將包含如下兩個階段的產品符合性評估：
階段 1：依據SASO指定的產品評估計劃類型對相應產品進行評估，如果符合要求NormalTCI諾莫檢測（電話：）將簽發產品證書 Product Certificate；
階段 2：在取得Product Certificate后對于每一批出運的產品證書下的貨物都需進行出運前的檢驗，并簽發批次證書Shipment Certificate{2} 。Shipment Certificate 將取代現行的CoC證書，每批貨物都需取得Shipment Certificate 。

對于目前沒有涵蓋在SASO/GSO Technical Regulations下的產品依舊需要按照之前的程序，每批貨物取得CoC清關證書。
